Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This policy sets out what you may not do with the Calryvo Service. It applies to you and to everyone who uses the Service through your account, including team members, buyers and vendors. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Lawful, consented traffic
- Do not send, buy or route traffic that was generated unlawfully, including calls or messages made without the consent the law requires, to numbers on do-not-call lists, or using prerecorded, artificial or AI-generated voices without the consent the law requires.
- Follow every telemarketing, caller-ID, call-authentication and consumer-protection rule that applies to your campaigns and to the places you reach.
3. Fraud and manipulation
- No international revenue-share fraud, traffic pumping, Wangiri or other toll fraud.
- No spoofing, falsifying or manipulating caller ID or call signalling to mislead or to evade rules.
- No fake, synthetic, automated or incentivised calls made to inflate call volume, conversions or payouts. Test calls on your own account are fine.
- No misrepresenting the source, vendor, campaign or buyer of a call, and no misleading or deceptive advertising.
4. Content and conduct
- No scams, phishing, impersonation of any person or organisation, or other deception.
- No harassment, threats, hate speech or abuse of callers, agents or other users.
- No illegal goods or services, and nothing that exploits or endangers minors.
- Do not use the Service to collect payment-card numbers, government ID numbers or other highly sensitive data.
- Do not route traffic to emergency numbers, and do not rely on the Service for emergency calling.
5. Recording and privacy
- Give every notice and obtain every consent the law requires before recording a call or contacting someone. Do not record where recording is prohibited.
- Protect the call data you can see. Do not scrape it, sell it, or use it for a purpose the caller has not been told about.
6. Security and integrity of the Service
- Do not probe, scan or test the security of the Service without our written permission.
- Do not bypass or interfere with authentication, caps, rate limits or other controls, and do not overload the Service.
- Do not introduce malware, share your credentials, or access data that is not yours.
- Do not resell, sublicense or white-label the Service without our written consent, other than by giving your own buyers and vendors access to the portals we provide.
7. Enforcement
We may monitor use of the Service for compliance and investigate suspected violations. If we reasonably believe this policy has been broken we may, without notice where risk requires it: warn you; block, filter or suppress traffic; suspend or end access; withhold or reverse charges and payouts tied to prohibited traffic, to the extent the law allows; and report the matter to carriers, regulators or law enforcement and give them the information they need, including for call traceback.
8. Reporting abuse
If you see misuse of the Service, or receive an unwanted call you believe came through it, tell us at support@calryvo.com and include the numbers and times involved.
